Youth Advisory Committee
Through the Youth Advisory Committee (YAC), local high school students are involved in making grant decisions that benefit young people in our community. They learn about stewardship, philanthropy and look beyond themselves to make their community a better place to live. From them, we gain the youth perspective to better serve this population.
YAC members meet to review youth-oriented grant requests and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on how to distribute resources from the Foundation’s Endowed Youth Funds.
